Returns

At Shop Dealza, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We also provide free return shipping for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Refunds

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
