1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
- Order Modifications: If you need to change the shipping address or the quantity of items in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible. You may still be able to return the item within our 30-day return policy.
3. What is Shop Dealza’s return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be in the same condition as when received, with tags and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the item is damaged or defective.

- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

5. Is return shipping free?
Yes. We provide free return shipping for eligible items. You can download your prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
6. When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please email us at info@shopdealza.com.
7. Does Shop Dealza allow exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase first and then place a new order once the return is accepted.
8. Are there any non-returnable items?

12. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Shop Dealza.
